Isabelle, an architect, just received a brief from a client who has chosen their block of land and now wants a design that fits within their budget.
Working out what project parameters are required to meet the budget is important as Isabelle doesn’t want to have issues or need to alter the design later in the process to have the design compliant. In the past Isabelle has faced complications when a client fell in love with a design, but compliance still needed to be checked and changes made that fell outside their budget.
THE SOLUTION
