Dimi, head of sales for a volume builder, wanted to offer a more personalised client experience while maintaining their standardised designs. They needed to make energy and cost impacts visible during consultations, whilst also working with the orientation and constraints specific to each site.

For Dimi’s team, this led to extended quoting processes, back-and-forth with estimators and assessors, and frustrated clients when designs had to be scaled back to meet 7-star requirements. The inefficiency was costing both time and trust.

By introducing performance insights from the Redistar indicator early in the sales process, consultants were able to explore design variations with clients in real-time, showing how each decision impacted compliance and cost.

Insights from the Redistar team allowed for more meaningful conversations, fewer revisions, and tailored choices that stayed within budget. Standard designs remained intact, compliance was maintained, and clients walked away with homes that felt like their own, without unexpected trade-offs.


The new home consultants are now able to give a customised service whilst no having to alter designs that impacts compliance. The has results in higher customer satifcation leading to better conversiuons rates and more referrals.
